Terminal and chat first. The web app exists for what those two cannot do.

Errors are the product.

An error says what failed, why, and the exact next command. Most of a developer’s time with a tool is spent in its failure states.

Defaults a senior engineer would choose.

Safe, fast and boring out of the box. Configuration is there when you need it and invisible until then.

Humans approve the risky step.

Automation runs up to the edge of consequence, then asks a person, in the place that person already is.
